EDUCATION – Bachelor’s degree in Education, Biology, or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.

EXPERIENCE – minimum experience of 0-1 year

SKILLS SET

Curriculum Development: Plan and deliver well-structured biology lessons aligned with the approved curriculum and educational standards.

Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and active participation.

Student Assessment: Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, tests, and assignments to evaluate students’ knowledge and skills, providing feedback to support their academic growth.

Laboratory Work: Organize and supervise laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations, ensuring safety and compliance with best practices.

Science Exploration: Encourage students to explore and understand various biological concepts, including genetics, ecology, human anatomy, and more.

Critical Thinking: Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills by encouraging students to question, analyze data, and make scientific inquiries.

Technology Integration: Integrate technology and digital resources into lessons, when applicable, to enhance learning and research opportunities.

Educational Resources: Select and utilize relevant textbooks, teaching aids, and instructional materials to support teaching objectives.

Individualized Learning: Recognize and address the unique learning needs and abilities of individual students, differentiating instruction accordingly.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
