Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following temporary posts in Research Project.

Posts are purely on contract basis and co-terminus with project.

Post : Research Scientist (No. of Posts: 1)

a) Qualification:

Essential: ME/M.Tech/M.Sc in Environment Engineering/ Environment Science/Atmospheric

Sciences/Remote Sensing and GIS/Allied discipline from a recognized institution/ University

Desirable: Candidate should have at least two publications in relevant field and one year of research

experience

• A self-motivated, multi-skilled candidate is sought to join the project having experience and research

record in climate change and air pollution studies.

• The candidate should have ability to converse, make presentations, write academic papers, reports

and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and researchers.

• The candidate is expected to assist with the organization of workshops, meetings, outreach activities,

and general management of the project as a whole.

• The candidates should have an experience in handing the large datasets and have strong managerial

skill to handle the research team and day to day project activities.

b) Salary: Rs. 55000/- per month (fixed)
