NOTICE

Board of Apprenticeship Training, Northern Region (Kanpur), sponsored by Ministry

of H.R.D. Govt. of India, had introduced in the year 1999 a 12-months Apprenticeship

Training Programme in the Senior Architect’s Office, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The

new session is likely to be operative from 1st October, up to 30th September, 2021, offering

12 months training for the following positions: –

• Apprenticeship Training Duration : 12 Months
  

• Position offered : Apprentice Trainee in Architecture
  

(4 seats)

• Stipend : Rs.3542 /- p.m. (for 12 Months)
  

• Qualifications 3-Year Diploma in Architectural
  

Assistantship

Interested candidates who have already passed out/going to appear in the final year

examination of 3-year Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from the Recognized

Institute/any State Board of Technical Education in India may contact the office of the

The last date for the submission of applications (along with photocopies of the

examination passed) is 20th August 2021 up to 4:30 p.m. The list of shortlisted candidates

will be displayed on the Notice Board of Architect Office, Panjab University, Chandigarh by

24th August 2021. The Interview for the shortlisted candidates shall be conducted on

26th August 2021 at 11:00 a.m..

• As per the Apprentices Act conveyed by B.O.A.T., (N.R.) Kanpur,
  

The apprenticeship Training is for freshers only. Those who passed the course

before three years are not eligible for apprenticeship training. In other words the

gap between the date of declaration of results and date of recruitment should not

be more than three years.
