Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following temporary posts in Research Project entitled

“Community Environmental Empowerment Program”. Post is purely on contract basis and co-terminus with

the term period of the project.

Post : Research Assistant (No. of Posts: 1)

a) Qualification:


Essential: ME/M.Tech/M.Sc in Environment Engineering/ Environment Science/Atmospheric

Sciences/ allied discipline from a recognized institution/ University


Desirable: Candidate should have at least one publication in relevant field.

Candidate should provide at least 1 recommendation letter and 1 years of work experience in

relevant field.

b) Salary: Rs. 44000/- per month (fixed)

c) Job Description:


A self-motivated, multi-skilled candidate is sought to join the project having experience and

research record in climate change and air pollution studies.


The candidate should have ability to converse, make presentations, write academic papers,

reports and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and researchers.


The candidate is expected to assist with the organization of workshops, meetings, outreach

activities, and general management of the project as a whole.


The candidates should have an experience in handing the large datasets.


Post is purely on contract basis and co-terminus with the term period of the project.

