Job Description
Required immediate joiners as soon as possible. Any one can apply. We are looking for it trainer. Good in communication and training teaching field will be added advantage. We also provide training for students.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials to meet the organization’s IT training needs.
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various IT topics to employees at different levels within the organization.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and validate training content and materials.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in order to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional assistance or guidance in IT-related areas.
Assist in the implementation and adoption of new technologies by providing training and support to end-users.
Develop and maintain training documentation, manuals, and online resources for easy reference and self-guided learning.
Stay informed about new software releases, updates, and advancements in order to incorporate them into training programs.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and expertise in various IT domains, including but not limited to software applications, hardware, networks, cybersecurity, databases, and cloud computing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Knowledge of designing and delivering both in-person and online training programs.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Ability to adapt training approaches to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
Familiarity with training evaluation methods and tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as learning management systems (LMS),e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all training materials and documentation.
