### Job Description: Mathematics Teacher for Grades 1 to 12
**Position**: Mathematics Teacher

**Hours**: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Teaching**:

– Plan and deliver engaging and effective math lessons for students in grades 1 to 12.

– Customize teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.

– Provide additional support and resources to help students understand challenging concepts.
2. **Assessment**:

– Regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments.

– Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their performance.

– Identify and address areas where students need extra help.
3. **Classroom Management**:

– Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

– Encourage student participation and engagement during lessons.

– Manage classroom behavior and address any issues promptly.
4. **Communication**:

– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members.

– Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and any concerns.

– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching strategies and curriculum.
5. **Professional Development**:

– Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational technologies.

– Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

– Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.

– Strong knowledge of the math curriculum for grades 1 to 12.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching.
