· Will be the overall Head of School
· Responsible for running of the school
· To develop desirable working culture
· Ensure student discipline
· To achieve top academic results
· Shall be responsible for achieving the financial viability of the school
· Effective administration in both academic and non-academic areas
· Maintain appropriate levels of student: teacher ratio, space and capacity utilization
· Will be responsible for maintaining cordial relations and harmony with all personnel
· Help in achieving the admission targets
· Coordinating necessary affiliations and memberships with different IB organizations
· Reviewing the School syllabus and curriculum regularly
· To oversee the program for children with learning disabilities
· Teachers training needs are to be taken care of and various such workshops are conducted
· Helping in Recruitments of Teachers and other key personnel
· Induction system for staff, students and parents
· Teachers’ performance monitoring
· Visiting classrooms to observe effectiveness teaching methods used
· School budget
· Student/ Teacher exchange programs abroad and in India
· Alumni relationships for both students and teachers
· Statutory compliance requirements
· Provide leadership and adopt responsibility for the overall strategic and operational planning
· Involve and sustain strong working relationships with students, staff and the community
· Work in partnership with the Chairman to ensure that the vision and mission of the school is understood by all stakeholders
· Initiate policy recommendations and ensure the school is compliant with local laws, and the policies and by-laws agreed by the Chairman
