Role & responsibilities :
1.Deliver comprehensive disease and brand knowledge training to new Sales Officers (SOs) as
well as existing Sales Officers both offline and online.
2. Deliver relevant selling skills module based upon field situations.
3. Assessing training needs of SOs and develop and deliver need-based training content and
modules.
4. Provide feedback to Field Managers and Head Learning & Development on competency
development plan and suggest way forward.
5. Prepare quarterly and annual Training plans in consultation with Head Learning &
Development and Business Unit Heads based on field requirements.
6. Conduct regular On-going evaluation of progress (Online Tests) as well as follow through of all
training interventions.
7. Assist Marketing team in briefings/ cycle meetings/ product knowledge rollouts/refreshers
and evaluations as per need.
8. Provide On the Job training (OJT) to identified weak Sales Officers
Preferred candidate profile
B.Pharma Graduate
1-5 Years of Relevant Experience
Shift Details: 9a.m – 5:30p.m, Sunday fixed off with every alternate Saturday also being off.
