Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate will be responsible for counseling students covering aspects such as course, university and country selection, associated testing requirements, career potential and outcomes, and assist with information on scholarship and funding opportunities, financial requirements, and visa guidance.
• Prospecting potential leads, nurturing them, and converting them to successful enrolments by providing high quality counselling.
• Handholding students throughout the application-to-visa journey.
• Guiding students to help them achieve their goal of studying abroad.
• Handling students queries via phone, emails and face-to-face meetings.
• Providing information on documentary requirements to fulfil admission & study visa conditions.
• Informing students on courses, universities and career options in their preferred study abroad destination by analyzing their academic, professional and personal background.
• Maintaining student and official records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years experience in the overseas education industry as counselor.
• Target oriented, willing to go the extra-mile.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
