Cold calling prospective leads on a daily basis and convincing them to enroll with the company
– Provide telephonic counseling to leads & invite them to walk-in to the office for counseling
– Provide effective counselling to students & their parents when they walk-in to the office
– Converting office walk-ins to enrollments
– Effective follow-up on calls with prospective candidates for enrollment
– Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention
– Reliable/Good at hitting deadlines
– Assisting with complete end-to-end process of a students application
– Sales Attitude
– Responsible for lead generation of overseas education with references/Word of Mouth
– Advising potential students on internship/study opportunities in UK/Australia/Canada/USA/Ireland/Europe ROW etc.
– Build a strong professional rapport with the clients
Good communication and influencing skills
– Result-orientated, go-getter and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
– Committed to work on a long term basis
– An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds
– Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students
– Flexibility over working hours
– Good IT skills (Comfortable with Word, Excel)
