Counsellor – Canada

• Being well informed and updated about overseas universities’ admission process and entrance examinations.
• Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities as per their profile.
• Assisting the students with the application process of universities in Canada.
• Ensuring the compliance of the process and systems in the office.
• Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents and payments.
• Filling online/paper applications and submitting the application to overseas Universities.
• Solving the queries of branches/partners through Emails and calls.
• Taking the initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the students/ agents have a positive experience during the entire admission process.
• Active participation and contribution during education fairs, university visits and in-house seminars organised by the company.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of counselling experience at Study Abroad Agencies/Consultancies/ for Canadian Universities
• Knowledge of CRM portals.

Regional Office: Mumbai

Job Location: Mumbai, remote for outstation candidates

Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday, and working Saturdays)

Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a fixed Sunday.

Reporting to: Zonal Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
