Summary of the Job Position:

Learning Consulting (LC) team works closely with our customers and enables them to find the best solution for their learning needs. This includes deeply partnering with various stakeholders and supporting their journey on the marketplace platform, throughout the lifecycle of learning and development, i.e. from Needs Identification (TNA/TNI), Solutioning, Finalization. The team comprises category-specific LCs who specialize in one or more categories from below list:

• Domain Upskilling – IT or any Industry
• Functional upskilling
• New Hire Bootcamps
• Employee Engagement and Wellness
• Assessment
• Content Creation Service
• Content Subscription
• LXP
• Behavioral Upskilling – Executive Coaching | Leadership | HR/OD Consulting | D&I | Assessment Center and Development Center

The Key Deliverable of the LC team:

• Ensure all learning needs from a customer are successfully solution and booked
• Collect feedback from the customer about OT’s performance
• Connect with different stakeholders at the customer end to grow OT’s reach and hence increase the revenue from the account

Location & Work Setup:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Hybrid (2-3 days work from office)

Education Qualifications:

• Any Graduate [ MBA preferred but not mandatory ]

Experience: 

•  0-2 Years of Experience 
• Customer facing & L&D experience will be an added advantage
