We are looking for a dynamic FEMALE Center Manager/Sr.Counsellor who –
1. Possesses excellent industry knowledge (hair / skin / beauty) along-with good command over English/Hindi with an ability to convince and convert inquiries into admissions.
2. Has experience in mobilizing students through seminars / presentations/workshops/field visits, etc
3. Has already worked as a counselor for 4+ years and can counsel prospective students regarding different courses, fee structure, admission procedure, etc
4. Can coordinate with internal & external people during the admission process
5. can maintain regular communication with the students for coordinating admission activities.
6. Can achieve 100% conversion of hot leads generated through offline / online
7. Can achieve 100% admission / enrollment into batches / courses through counselling and coordination with counselor / trainers.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include 80% Sales and 20% operations –
1. Center Operations management – day to day
2. Achieving sales budgets – Weekly / monthly to ensure center is profitable
3. Regular promotion of courses / batches – Online & Offline (field visits / seminars / workshops / etc)
4. MIS reporting
5. Maintaining proper books of account, control expenses, etc
6. Maintaining a professional work environment
7. Ensure compliance to processes, batch scheduling, preventing batch overflows, exam scheduling
8. Monitor & control employee & student absenteeism.
9. Ensure 100%student satisfaction by bench-marking standards
10. Conduct open house monthly & take corrective measures on student concerns

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Strong consultation skills with customers on courses offered leading to better and stronger relationships.
• Should employ strong selling / consultation techniques

Qualified candidates having worked in similar roles and from beauty industry will have added advantage.

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
