Key Skills Required :
- 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design , LMS , Storyboarding etc
- Good experience working as a learning program specialist handling curriculum development , training , content development etc
- Good communication skills and people management skills
- Must have handled a small team of 4-5 people and has been involved in mentoring them
- Project management , program management , project execution , vendor management etc
