The Person will be managing the entire team of instructional designers / graphic designers/content creator/curriculum developers etc

Key Skills Required :

• 8+ years of experience in Instructional Design , LMS , Storyboarding etc
• Good experience working as a learning program specialist handling curriculum development , training , content development etc
• Good communication skills and people management skills
• Must have handled a small team of 4-5 people and has been involved in mentoring them
• Project management , program management , project execution , vendor management etc
