Job Title: Japanese Language Teacher

Minimum Experience: 5+ years

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Roles and Responsibility:

• Prepare and implement the Japanese language training curriculum for Daily & Business Conversations / from JLPT-5 to JLPT-1.
• Able to deliver lessons using direct method (Japanese language) in order to create an interactive classroom environment where the teacher and students can use the Japanese language to communicate naturally.
• Encourage and enable students to achieve practical communication skills, as well as to equip them with the Japanese language skills that can be applied in a professional working environment.
• Conduct daily and business level Japanese conversational interactive sessions using appropriate training materials.
• Promoting Japanese cultural exchange and cross-cultural understanding, and to introduce Japanese customs and traditions.

Co-ordination and Support:

• Preparation and execution of the Annual Japanese Language Training Program Plan.
• Training plan communications via e-mails and meeting planner along with training materials.
• Student progression tracking / Student Register
• Conducting mock exams and regular assessments.
• Share the weekly progression report.

Requirements:

• Japanese language ability must be of a native level (JLPT N1) / Native Japanese Teachers.
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s / Master`s Degree as major and/or sub-major as Japanese language.
• Minimum5+ year of teaching experience in Japanese Language Training Intuitions / Universities / Software Companies.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Passionate about language and cultural teaching.
