Job Responsibilities
- Increase UK student enrolment at Ealoor Consultants by recruiting international students from diverse regions
- Managing the counseling and follow-up activities.Robust system of follow-up at every stage with students and client institutions.
- Ensuring excellent customer services for students and parents.
- Strong leadership and positive people skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Professional counseling services offered to students and parents based on their interest and ability.
- Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
- Providing the registration link and following them up to make sure they have registered
- Contacting candidates in the leads
- Enhanced and thorough knowledge about British Education systems, our universities, the courses and the scholarships
- Course and university details must be properly communicated to students
- Fee structure must be explained
- Complete knowledge of the CRM, and suggestions to improve or customise the same if any
- Understand in detail our existing competitors in Kerala, India and UK
- Sending samples and materials to help them complete the documents checklist
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
