Job Type: Full-time

• Responsible for assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education.
• Preferably a candidate with experience from education counselling or consulting background with minimum 3 year of team leading experience required in the field of overseas education
• Leading the team and achieving the successful admissions for each intake
• Training and regular knowledge upskilling of the team
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Understand the student’s interest, aptitude and skills and assist them in finding the right course and University
• Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
• Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately
• Contacting candidates, arranging interviews
• Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards the University application process
• Participate and assist in the marketing process
• Assist with the student visa process.
• Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities in UK as per their profile.
• Responsible for prompt reply to students’ queries and solve the queries of students / universities through Emails and call.
• Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities
• Assisting the students with the application process of universities in UK
• Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments.
• Assisting in filling online/paper applications and submitting the application to overseas universities.
• Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities.
• the compliance of the process and systems in the office
• Perform any other duties as directed in relation to the job role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research.
• Excellent organization skills proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
• The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on studying abroad in UK.
• Assisting students and their parents in selecting a suitable course and university in UK.
• Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
• Counseling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, and career planning.
• Participating in educational fairs.
• Organizing counseling programs.
• Reports daily, weekly and monthly status. First meeting points for discussion
• Handle end to end admissions process for students applying to universities in UK for UG/MBA/MS programs

• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counselors andoverseas education consultants.
• Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.
• Develop implement and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student recruitment
• .A demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor others, as well as design training programs.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.Pro-actively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.
• Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Languages Skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader in the field of overseas education.
• The candidate should have exposure/knowledge about the UK education system, should have studied in UK or counselled students for UK Education. .
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Peoples person with good PR and convincing skills.
• Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
• Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
• Must have good listening and analytical skills
• Good Computer Skills in MS Office, Softwares and CRM.

Work timings are Monday to Friday, 12 30 PM TO 9 30 PM, Saturday 10 AM TO 4 PM (Second Saturdays Holiday)

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-time
