• Good Computer Skills in MS Office and CRM Software
• 4 to 5 years experience in Team leading and Opertions.

Job Description

• Liase with University for follow up for Offer and interview
• Ensuring the team meets the yearly target
• Complete responsibility of compliance, document validity
• Identify competency of each of the team members to facilitate training, change of teams, job roles, mentorship etc. for their career growth
• Coordinating with digital marketing team for social media presence
• Monitor team awareness in universities, courses, competitors etc. and suggest trainings where necessary
• Training new joinees on universities, process etc.
• Identifying the gaps in knowledge and suggest training programs and ensuring implementation of the same
• Client events/webinars are accommodated as per the business plan for the year after discussing with Business Development Team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
