Role & responsibilities
- Design and deliver product training programs to ensure sales representatives have a thorough understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with product management and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features, updates, and enhancements.
- Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and deliverable. Involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring all project related feasibility.
- Develop and implement training strategies to address skill gaps and improve sales performance.
- Assess training needs of sales representatives through performance analysis and feedback.
- Identify best practices in sales and incorporate them into training programs.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide individualized coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work culture within the sales team.
- Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct Training need Analysis & Training need Identification and develop training program to increase overall team and training efficiency.
- Content/Material development for the various training modules. (Product, sales, people/skill development, large scale training camps).
- Will be required to Travel Pan India for training deliver, regional training team assessment, market research, training audits, sales experience etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Gradate or Postgraduate (preferable MBA or in case of a graduate from tech. field)
- Advance MS Office skills, basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Minimum 4 years of experience experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, and methodologies.
- Ability to inspire and motivate sales team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
