Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients

The role requires the expertise in soft skills and behavioral training in highly agile business environment.

Should able to facilitate the session with 360-degree training techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Certification related to corporate training is a plus

Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

Proven experience in the field of training or coaching.

Graduate/Masters in the relevant field.

Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.

Good candidates have huge scope of career progression.
