We are hiring for RCM Trainer Position for Chennai location.
MODE OF INTERVIEW: ZOOM CALL
Skills : Process Trainer / Process Coach
Domain : US Healthcare – Medical Billing
Shift Timing : Night Shift (Sat & Sun fixed off)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Need to have experience as Trainer as well as designation On Paper min 2yrs
- Need to have extensive knowledge of RCM
- Have good knowledge about HIPAA compliance
- Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor new joiners performance and clarify process related queries
- Implementing new training plan & training method
Traits
- Minimum 5+ years in US Healthcare Process.
- Must be an voice & accent trainer.
- Prefer candidate with good exposure in Denial Management, AR Calling, Billing in medical billing domain.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
