Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall admissions for ITS Engineering College covering Engg, MBA, BBA, BCA, BPT, Dental and other courses. Formulating initiatives designed to attract high potential students for the ITS colleges
• Online admissions activities – Work with Social Media team to deploy & analyze ROIs for online ads and branding activities. Plan and promote success stories for these campaigns
• Explore new branding opportunities and initiatives to maximize high quality leads inflow
• Offline admissions activities such as relationship building with the School & Coaching institutes to organize engagement Initiatives with students and parents. Delivering interactive sessions across schools/ coaching institutes and events for parents and students at various forums
• Conceptualizing and executing events like Principal and counsellor meet, open houses and mega promotional events
• Represent the college at various important platforms and events to build the brand across North India. Responsible for handling key partners / publishers in the region for wider reach and analyzing the quality of students from time to time
• Admissions Operations – Responsible for student Admission Counselling and meeting enrolment objectives of the assigned courses
• Providing application support to prospective students and applicants throughout the Admissions Cycle. Interacting with parents/guardians/students to guide them through the Application Process and help them understand their academic and non-academic options
• Manage the Lead Management System and work with the LMS partner for process setup, improvement and data analysis
• The candidate should have relevant experience in admissions in a similar organization in the capacity of Outreach/Admissions in the Undergraduate space, especially Engg.
• Should possess strong inter-personal skills
• Must exhibit a high level of dedication to the role and the team and can work with tangible targets & ROIs
• Showcases managerial and leadership capabilities. Should be able to manage team of admission counsellors & callers and present the progress and suggest improvements to management
• Must have worked on a Lead Management System
• Should adapt well in a start-up space and have an open mind towards innovation and problem solving.
• Understanding of new online initiatives for driving admissions
• Exposure to admissions process in BBA/BCA/BPT

Desired Profile:

• Salary- 40,000/- to 1,00,000/- PM
• Qualification- Graduate (B. Tech preferred) + MBA
• Office time- 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Designation- Admission Manager
• Job location- Greater Noida
• Campus Accommodation- Depending upon interview
• Notice Period- 90 Days (For 2 years)
