Responsibilities
- Obsess over the journey and success of every teacher from launching them at the learning hub to tracking their performance, quality and resolving their problems
- Good at building and maintaining relationships with teachers and customers
- Own and drive key metrics that impact business performance of the learning hub
- Manage schedules and Inventory utilisation
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive parent engagement and success Ensure teacher availability and timeliness
- Ensure adherence of processes and SOPs
- Class procurement and inventory management
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in operations
- Analytical mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Ms office
- Ed-tech background and proficiency in Kannada would be a bonus
