As an HR Associate at our organisation, you are the foundation of our talent acquisition process, focusing primarily on recruiting and hiring exceptional teacher partners for our learning centres. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for education, you will play a critical role in shaping the team that drives our educational mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
Job Postings Management:
- Responsible for creating and managing job postings on various hiring platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the roles and attract high-quality candidates.
Application Evaluation and Filtering:
- Evaluate and filter applications based on specific criteria provided, including the assessment of tests, CVs, and logistical considerations, to identify the most suitable candidates for teacher partner positions.
Interview Coordination:
- Organise demo sessions and final interviews with the hiring manager, facilitating a smooth and effective selection process.
Backup Pipeline Engagement:
- Map and engage the backup candidate pipeline through workshops and events, ensuring they remain informed about developments at Openhouse and are prepared for potential future opportunities.
Supply Pipeline Maintenance:
- Maintain a center-wise/category-wise non-primary supply pipeline, keeping potential candidates up to date on organisational developments and inviting them to relevant training sessions and events.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years, ideally with exposure to recruitment or HR administration.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and communication skills for effective candidate management.
- Analytical abilities to assess applications and align candidates with organisational needs.
- Creative thinking for engaging potential hires and developing community involvement.
