Job Description
Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees &identifying training
activities/systems to address competency gaps
Scripting & storyboarding based on knowledge of learning theories
Evaluate employees and create learning paths
Required Candidate profile
4-5 yrs of BPO Exp. with 6-12 months of experience in training delivery
Proficiency of working with LMS
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
