Kidway Education is seeking passionate and qualified Digital Literacy Teachers (Grades 1-6) to conduct engaging online classes for school students in a structured virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make digital learning interactive, practical, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct live online Digital Literacy classes according to the assigned schedule.
2. Teach topics including computer fundamentals, internet safety, digital citizenship, productivity tools, coding basics, and emerging technologies.
3. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
4. Foster student participation and maintain an engaging, interactive virtual classroom environment.
5. Monitor, assess, and evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
6. Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students and parents when required.
7. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless class delivery and student success.
Work Shifts (IST):
1. Morning Shift: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2. Evening Shift: 8:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Class Setup (Post Selection):
1. A dedicated teaching setup is required only after the candidate is shortlisted.
2. The setup should include a whiteboard, a laptop with an additional webcam, a neckband/headset, proper lighting, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and power backup.
3. The company will share whiteboard size and detailed specifications after selection.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
2. Prior teaching experience in Digital Literacy, Computer Science, Coding, or related subjects is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of digital tools, online platforms, and technology concepts.
4. Comfortable teaching and engaging students in a virtual classroom environment.
5. Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for teaching and helping young learners develop essential digital skills.
