Role Description :
This is a part-time, remote role for an Online Mentor for Web Development, working primarily in US and UK shifts. The mentor will conduct live, interactive online classes for school-aged learners, guiding them through web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end frameworks where applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans based on Codeyoung’s curriculum, delivering sessions using student-centric methods, demonstrating code examples, and supporting learners through hands-on exercises. The mentor will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, address questions and challenges in real time, and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment. Additional tasks may include evaluating assignments, sharing progress updates with the internal team, and suggesting improvements to content or teaching methods.
