Job Description:
instrucko is seeking passionate and dedicated Online Financial Literacy Instructors to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive, age-appropriate financial literacy lessons to children aged 6 to 16 years in a virtual classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Financial Literacy lessons tailored to different age groups and learning levels.
- Design and adapt engaging lesson plans covering topics such as money management, budgeting, saving, investing, and financial decision-making.
- Foster financial awareness and critical thinking through interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and storytelling.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching financial concepts to children or young adults (online experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of core financial principles and real-life applications.
- Excellent communication and virtual classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
