Job description

We are looking for facilitators who are passionate about helping children become 21st Century ready by helping them think better, speak better and work better. The trainer would be

responsible for delivering modules on the 4Cs i.e. communication, critical thinking, creativity &

collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be a learning facilitator in an online environment for students between the age of 4-17
• Create an open and inclusive learning environment
• Train students on subjects like public speaking, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship
• Engage students through fun formats & methodologies
• Create personalized learning journeys for students & help achieve desired learning outcomes
• Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context
