Job Title: Consulting Doctor(L1 Doctor)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Requirement Full Time; 6 days a week; 2 Rotational Shifts (8AM to 4PM and 12PM to 8PM)

Role And Responsibilities

Establish a positive doctor-patient relationship.

• Gather comprehensive medical history and information about the patient’s complaints.
• Educate the patient about their conditions and their interplay.
• Discuss treatment options and management plan for each complaint.
• Empower the patient to actively participate in their healthcare journey.
• Building Rapport with Patients
• Show empathy and understanding toward the patient’s concerns.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for open communication
• Manage patients details and follow up with patients who are advised specific care/actionable.
• Contribute to the development of care plans and care protocols.
• Contribute and participate in various medical and patient engagement activities like corporate RWA

camps, webinars, social media engagements etc. organized by Tata MD or any third party on a

case to case basis.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Educational Qualifications: MBBS

• Experience: Freshers or 1-3 Years of experience

Behavioural Skills

• Possess the attitude to make patient care the primary concern.
• To treat patients maintaining patient’s dignity, privacy, autonomy, and confidentiality.
• Team player

Technical Skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft office
• Understands electronic medical record usage
• Has worked on online consultations.
• Has experience in using healthcare apps

Communication Skills

• Needs to have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Language: English, Hindi, and any one regional language
• Aptitude to learn and experiment new skills
