Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for Recruitments. Candidate should have hands on experience of using various job portals ( Paid/Unpaid)
2.Rolling out appointment letters, and designing compensation and benefit packages
3.Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
4.Manage employees’ grievances
5.Attendance management, separation management.
6. Managing Budgets
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s + MBA would be preferred
Gender : Both Male and Female
Experience : 6 months – 1.5 years
Working location : Work from Office
Working Days : Monday – Saturday
Salary : 18K – 21K
