Job Description
RESPOSIBILITIES:
1. Give training and support to the existing clients.
2. Promote upselling processes.

3. Cultivating strong relationships with existing client.
4. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
5. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
6. Make recommendations to training agenda or curriculum, as necessary.
7. Ensure that new members receive appropriate introductory training.
8. Prepare all instructional materials.
9. Plan annual refresher courses for all staff members.
10. Maintain attendance logs, incident reports, and other necessary records.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
