Job Role: Business/Data Analytics Mentor & Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business/Data Analytics Mentor and Trainer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and mentorship to individuals looking to develop their skills in the field of business and data analytics. You will work with a diverse group of learners from various backgrounds, helping them understand the principles of data analysis, interpretation, and its application in making informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual training sessions to educate participants on the fundamentals of business and data analytics.

Create and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, and hands-on exercises.

Mentor and guide learners in applying analytics tools and techniques to real-world business scenarios.

Assist participants in understanding data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization techniques.

Provide constructive feedback on projects and assignments, fostering skill development and improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data analytics and business intelligence.

Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine training content based on learner feedback and industry updates.

Encourage a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, addressing individual learning needs and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Proven experience (6+ years) working in business and data analytics, with a strong understanding of data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

Exceptional proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization libraries (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or training individuals in a remote or online setting.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping learners succeed in their analytical journeys.

Ability to adapt to different learning styles and customize mentoring approaches accordingly.

A reliable internet connection and suitable setup for virtual training sessions.

Familiarity with industry-specific analytics applications (e.g., marketing analytics, financial analysis) is advantageous.
