Ocean Bird Abroad Services is one of the North India’s largest education consultancy providing fair counseling to students aspiring for further education in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Europe, UK, USA, Ireland etc. Company represents more than 500 educational institutions globally and has a network of 2 offices in India.

We are looking for Tele Caller Executive cum Counsellor for our Mohali Branch.

Salary Negotiable. Male – Female both Candidates are required.

KRA’s

• Evaluate clients needs and create a custom treatment plan
• Teach groups coping mechanisms related to stressful and traumatic they encounter
• Help individuals with the resources needed to reach personal goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust their treatment plan as needed
• Maintain required National Certified Counselor certification for the counseling position
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, agencies and community resources in order to create a thorough treatment plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
