Position Overview: As a Primary School Teacher , your primary responsibility is to provide quality education and foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young students. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes students’ curiosity, critical thinking, and love for learning. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, patience, and a passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the prescribed curriculum.
Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Incorporate interactive and creative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement.
Classroom Management:Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Set clear expectations for student behavior and enforce discipline in a fair and consistent manner.
Manage student transitions, routines, and classroom activities effectively.
Assessment and Evaluation:Design and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their learning and development.
Maintain accurate and organized records of students’ academic performance and attendance.
Individualized Support:Identify and address individual learning needs and challenges of students.
Collaborate with special education teachers, counselors, and parents to develop personalized education plans, when necessary.
Offer additional support and guidance to students requiring extra assistance.
Parent and Stakeholder Engagement:Establish effective communication channels with parents/guardians to provide regular updates on students’ progress and address any concerns.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and other events to foster collaboration and involvement.
Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
Classroom Resources and Environment:Create a stimulating and well-organized classroom environment with relevant teaching aids, visual displays, and learning materials.
Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and cultural diversity within the classroom.
Ensure the safety and maintenance of classroom equipment, resources, and materials.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
