As a Telecounseller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and share the details with the concerned Country-specific Counsellor and connect the clients with them whenever required. Keep a track of all the CALLS made on a daily basis and update the Branch Head on the prospective leads at the end of the day.

Should be Results Driven, Persistence, Telephone Sales, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Handles Rejection, should be calling in the most professional manner and adhere to the guidelines given by the company.
