Full Job Description
- Student counsellor is responsible for assisting enrolled (i.e. paid) students/customers with their queries and concerns (as received over emails, chats, and calls).
Note: The counsellor would be expected to be able to interact and understand customer’s concerns and resolve them by coordinating with internal teams.
- The counsellor is also responsible for making outgoing performance calls to students to i) track the performance ii) take feedback on the course and learning experience iii) and guide and motivate customers towards affective course completion and learning
Note: The counsellor or experience manager is required to regularly stay in touch with customers, track their performance and provide the required guidance and motivation, and remove bottlenecks if any, so that the customer effectively completes the courses.
The counsellor should be good at making a connection with customers – by being able to identify personal/social/academic problems being faced by the customers and provide guidance, motivation and resolutions accordingly.
- Candidates must possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in both English and Hindi is a must. (both verbal and written)
- Candidates should possess good listening skills and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to put customers first and ownership skills are prerequisites.
- Some basic exposure to MS Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point is desirable.
- Should be open to make outgoing calls to customers ( these are paid customers and not pre sales calls).

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
