Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead (Onboarding) to help our company onboard and retain excellent employees for all – tech, non-tech, functional and management roles. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
What is it to be an Onboarding Lead?
To excel as Talent Acquisition Lead(Onboarding), we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding for all – tech, non-tech, functional and management roles. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Preferably Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 5+ years experience as an Onboarding Executive or Specialist or a similar role in the Human Resources Department in any MNC is an added advantage
- Strong experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Employee Onboarding Softwares.
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting for HR business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Solution Oriented mindset.
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Requirements and skills:
- Monitoring teams to ensure the following-
- Preparing an offer letter and sending it to the appropriate candidate.
- Sending new employees emails in regards to the Company rules and regulations to be followed.
- Preparing hire communication with the appropriate Manager.
- Collecting paperwork and other related documents from the new hire.
- Preparing onboarding documents and kits as and when required.
- Preparing onboarding email templates for the employees.
- Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees.
- Organizing and maintaining the data of the new comers
- Ensuring the seamless communications (instructions/updates) across teams with respect to new joiners
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding is appreciated.
- Proven experience in identifying engaging with passive candidates
- Proven experience as talent acquisition Lead(Non Tech) for 5+ years
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with team and hiring managers
- Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
- Demonstrated successful interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized
