Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns for Intensive lead generation.
- Collaborating with influencers to develop campaign strategies that align with business goals.
- Tracking and analysing campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Keep oneself up-to-date on the influencers trends, emerging trends, best practices etc and plan and execute the campaigns accordingly.
- Creating relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Work with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch ideas to influencers.
- Ensuring that the campaigns are executed according to the set timeline.
Skills Required
- Should have 1-3 years of experience in Influencer marketing
- Should have worked with a mix set of influencers – Macro, Mid-tier, Micro Nano influencers
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Keen understanding of Gen Z habits and thinking
- A proactive and can-do attitude
Languages Known : English & Tamil
