Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for Campus Recruitment Training that includes Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and CS/IT Fundamentals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the content within the timeline.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.

Skills

• Good grasp of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, CS/IT Fundamentals, and all related topics to crack IT Fresher Interviews
• Prior experience of 2+years in aptitude training or any Campus Recruitment Training (1-year experience can be considered depending on skill set)
• Working in top product companies or training institutes in the relevant field
• Good communication – Openness for iterations and feedback.
• Driven by ownership, hustle, and delivery.
• Being thorough with all the standard practices and guidelines

Job Overview

• Work Location: NxtWave Office Spaces in Hyderabad
• Salary: 6-7 LPA
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week/ Sunday is holiday
