Job Overview

We’re looking for an organized and self-driven Accounts Payable Assistant to join our growing team at our company. The Accounts Payable Assistant position will work closely with our other accounts payable managers and operations personnel and handle day-to-day payments.

What will you be doing ?

• Preparing supplier payments and ensuring that all are processed promptly
• Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
• Communicating with relevant teams / suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries
• Maintain petty cash accounts and ensure team log all outgoing disbursements
• Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received
• Maintaining and organizing relevant documents
• Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
• Analysis of expenses and reporting to the manager
• Performing clerical duties as and when required.
• Performing other duties as and when required

What are we looking for?

• 1 to 2 years experience in handling accounts payable
• Expertise with google sheets
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
• Flexible to work for all branches of the organization
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• A close observation of accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Outstanding ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Tally & Oracle Netsuite Knowledge will be an added advantage

Languages Known:

• Proficiency with English and Telugu(Optional)

Work location: Currently Hyderabad. Should be flexible to work in any Company’s office location when needed.

Working days: 6 days a week
