Job Description
Responsibilities:
- You will responsible for a batch of students who enrolled in CCB Academy program, which will be allotted as per specific criteria
- Establishing clear expectations and addressing student queries ensures a smooth and streamlined onboarding process.
- Ensure students and their parents receive updates through diverse channels like bulk WhatsApp campaigns, groups, direct messages, live meetings, calls etc.
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Respond to student or parent queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat, WhatsApp, etc.,
Metrics/KPIs will calculated as per major activity
- Attendance in live sessions
- Attendance/participation in Engagement Activities
- Engagement in WhatsApp groups
- Learning % completion of students
- Timely payments & Reducing Churn Rate
- Student feedback on success coach
Qualifications and Skills:
- Should be proficient in Telugu and English.
- Previous experience in a customer support role and guidance aspects roles. Strong
communication skills. - Active Listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of the using spreadsheets
- Calls point
Work Location: Work From Home If required, you need to come to the Hyderabad office.
Working days: 6 days a week
CTC: 3 LPA + Incentive based on performance
