Job Role: Technical Interview Analyst

Experience: 2 – 3 years of previous work experience in the software industry

Qualification: Any Engineering Graduate

Role Preference: Software Development Experience in Product firms

Work Location : Hyderabad

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in technical coaching, training, or a related field.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key skills: Python, JavaScript, React JS.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and observe interviews daily and note down the insights and provide feedback to students and curriculum team
Provide comprehensive feedback to students, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of assessments and feedback sessions.
Create detailed report cards that encapsulate students’ interview performances.
Coordinate with student in-charges to ensure effective implementation of training plans
