Number Dyslexia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lesson Plan, Weekly Plan, and Curriculum Designer to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans, weekly plans, and curriculum materials for primary, middle, and high school levels.
• Create engaging and differentiated instructional materials that cater to the unique needs of students.
• Incorporate multisensory teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and other strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of special education.
• Adapt and modify existing lesson plans and curriculum materials to meet individual student needs.
• Collaborate with the technology team to integrate digital resources and interactive tools into the curriculum design.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of lesson plans, curriculum designs, and modifications made.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing lesson plans, weekly plans, and curriculum materials for primary, middle, or high school levels.
• Familiarity with academic standards, curriculum frameworks, and learning objectives.
• Strong understanding of multisensory teaching methods, assistive technologies, and differentiated instruction.
• Proficient in using educational software, learning management systems, and other digital tools like Canva.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
