Duties and responsibilities include:
1) Handle inbound enquiries and explain them about our services
2) Conduct outbound calls and regular followups and to convert sales
3) Should be able to communicate with clients, clearly and confidently
4) Should have Excellent Fluency in both English & Hindi
5) Should have good hold on Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
6) Should be able to handle rejections and motivate themselves
7) Should be Comfortable Writing Messages, mails and Creative copies
8) Should be Great in Research and analysis
9) Handle Tutor Onboarding and Cordinate with them regularly to conduct sessions, with our guidance

10) Set up, Manage and Coordinate Online Classes on Zoom Platform
11) Should be willing to work Monday – Saturday, in either a 10-7 pm or 12-9 pm time slots
12) Should be comfortable travelling to our office for work

1) We are happy to work with those with any formal degrees, and even those that don’t have one but are competent in above stated factors
2) Freshers can apply, and so can those with up to 3 yrs of experience in sales and operations
3) Candidate should have strong desire to learn and excel
4) Should have an open mind and attitude towards learning and working together
5) We want folks interested in joining immediately. The entire hiring process can be wrapped up in 48 hrs or less
