What youll be doing
• Research: You will look for new information about existing subjects and provide interesting content to the scriptwriting team to build engaging storylines.
• Building Curricular Frameworks: You will assist your subject lead in building frameworks for the curriculum in the form of Learning Objectives.
• Creation of Learning Materials: Subject Matter Experts will also create lessons and learning
materials in various formats, including, but not limited to concept maps, video lectures, notes,
assessments, tests, and practice questions.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with creative scriptwriters, creative directors, editors, and the video pre-production team to create high-quality ed-tech products.

What are you responsible for?
You will be assigned one or more grades of content by your manager and will be responsible for
the following parameters for that grade.
• Grade appropriateness: All content That you create must be appropriate and relevant to the
grade of the student it is being served for.
• Board Alignment: It must be relevant to the syllabus the product is aligned to the relevant
board the Products are made for.
• Error-free content: Errors Distract our users from the amazing work we do. The ideal error rate
is always 0%.

Are you the right person for the job?
Must-Have
• You have expertise in Physics
• You have an innate childlike curiosity to know more about your subject
• You enjoy poring through webpage after webpage while doing research and are not tired of
reading journal research papers
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You have an understanding of the education frameworks of different Indian boards

Good to Have
• Experience as an SME in an Ed-tech organization
• Prior experience in video creation
