Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements a comprehensive training program for trainees. Training components will be geared toward new hires, existing staff and individuals who seek one-on-one assistance.
- Prepares new representatives by conducting orientation to sales and service processes; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation and ongoing training.
- Determines training needs by observing sales and service encounters; studying sales, service and customer experience results reports; conferring with management.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Managing team KRA & KPI Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic.
- Liaison with the Quality and Operations to identify, screen and execute process improvement plans.
- Should be able to work under pressure and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Performs all other duties as required.
Salary Package:
Annual CTC 3.5 to 5.5 Lac per annum plus performance and sales based incentives.PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim & Insurance cover ( as per policy)
Other Job Benefits & Features:
- 5 days working, rotational 2 week off.
- Fixed Salary + Incentives.
- Fixed Day Shift. Shift Timing from 9 am to 6:30 pm.
