Full Job Description
- Taking phone calls and describing the characteristics as well as the benefits of the Courses.
- Implement and oversee a Course guidance program that provides Clients with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.
- Learn students’ names, career objectives and other details so you can better serve them.
- Analytical ability for performing conflicting resolutions and academic advertisements.
- Addressing queries about the courses.
- Securing new clients via inbound calls, outbound calls, or email.
- Working with different departments inside the company to close additional deals.
- Getting in touch with prospective clients using their preferred mode of communication.
- Communicating Verbal acceptance of offers to sales staff for closing deals.
- Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
- Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional changes.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
