• The Visa Counsellor must oversee all aspects of the Visa Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
• The Visa Counsellor must oversee the completion of all relevant visa documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
• The Visa Counsellor must be able to help the client/Candidates to obtain Visas and other documentation required.
• The Visa Counsellor must be able to help the client fill all relevant forms related to US Visa.
• The Visa Counsellor must prepare all Candidates for the Visa interview.
• The Visa Counsellor must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• The Visa Counsellor must take full responsibility for all Visa-related issues and operations.
• As the Visa Counsellor, you may be required to help out in operations as well.

Requirements

• The Visa Counsellor must be fluent in English and have experience in US Student Visa procedures.
• The Visa Counsellor must be motivated, energetic, and able to work as a part of a team.
• The Visa Counsellor must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues and authorities.
• The Visa Counsellor must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
• The Visa Counsellor must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Visa process.
